Clinician Educator Track

The UF Clinician Educator Track is pathway for residents interested in academic medicine and in-depth training in medical education scholarship.  This track provides a longitudinal curriculum and experiential opportunity to acquire expertise in adult learning theory, clinical teaching, curriculum design and assessment, leadership, education administration and scholarship with a goal of collaborating within the community of educators as both mentees and mentors. The cohort of resident Clinician Educators in this track will enhance the culture of medical education at the University of Florida Department of Medicine as well as College of Medicine.

Mission

The mission of the UF Medicine Residency Clinician Educator Track is to provide the foundation, skills, and expertise in medical education and scholarship to train the next generation of medical education leaders and change agents as Clinician Educator Scholars.
