  • Sustain an environment that fosters diversity, equity and inclusion among our housestaff and faculty.
  • Further increase resident scholarly activity and publications.
  • Expand the functionality of our EMR-driven Resident Performance Dashboard to teach and provide residents with feedback on practice habits, population health, and health disparities or social determinates of health
  • Further cultivate resident wellness and resilience in an atmosphere of collegiality and inquiry.
  • Continue to increase variety of electives and faculty support to teach our residents in an expanding inpatient and outpatient hospital system.
